Wild Capri Partner Program - Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Wild Capri, and thank you for joining our partner program.
These terms and conditions apply to individuals accessing or using the program both as a merchant ("we," "us," or "Wild Capri") and as a partner ("you" or "affiliate") who refers customers to purchase products from us.
By participating in the program, you agree to use it in the manner specified here and to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as a partner or participate in the program in any manner. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided by email.
1. Program Overview and Tiers
The Wild Capri Partner Program has two tiers: Creator and Ambassador. All partners begin in the Creator tier unless otherwise designated by us. Tier placement, benefits, and eligibility are determined solely by Wild Capri.
2. Approval or Rejection of Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject any partner registration in our sole and absolute discretion. All applications are individually reviewed. We consider genuine use of and enthusiasm for our products, audience engagement, content quality, and alignment with our brand values. A minimum of 5,000 followers is our standard threshold, though exceptions may be made at our discretion. You have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your registration.
3. Affiliate Links and Coupon Codes
Your affiliate link is automatically generated, and you can also generate a link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks someone else's referral link and later clicks yours, yours is the one that counts.
Creator partners promote through their unique affiliate link and are not assigned a discount code.
Ambassador partners are assigned a custom audience discount code to share with their followers, plus a separate personal code for their own orders. If a customer both clicks your affiliate link and uses your code, you will not receive double commission. If you are not assigned a branded code, you are not permitted to promote one.
Your code and link are yours. We do not publicly share partner discount codes and do not post content featuring your personal code. You may not submit your code or link to coupon sites, deal aggregators, or discount directories. Doing so may result in removal from the program.
You may advertise Wild Capri on online channels such as Instagram and Facebook, or through other channels consistent with these terms.
4. Commissions and Payment
Creator partners earn 10% commission on qualifying referred sales. Ambassador partners earn 20% commission on qualifying referred sales.
Commission is calculated on order value after any discounts and does not include extra fees such as tax or shipping. To receive commission, you must enter your payment details under Settings. The payment schedule is listed on the Affiliate Guide page.
Payments are sent only for transactions that have been successfully completed. Use of the program is subject to a fair use policy, which gives us the right to review each and every referral order. Commission status is displayed in the Commission tab, and paid commissions appear in the Payment tab. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
A minimum account balance of $25 is required for payout. Balances below $25 roll over to the following month until the threshold is met. You are responsible for any taxes owed on commissions earned.
5. Personal Orders and Self-Referral
Orders placed using your own code or affiliate link do not earn commission and do not count toward quarterly sales totals, upgrade thresholds, or any other program milestone. Affiliate links and codes may not be used for self-referral. We reserve the right to reverse commissions and adjust sales totals where self-referral is identified.
6. Content and Posting Requirements
Both Creator and Ambassador partners are required to post a minimum of five (5) tagged posts or stories per month featuring Wild Capri products, using the tag @thewildcapri and the hashtag #wildcapripartner.
All content must comply with FTC disclosure guidelines. You must clearly disclose your affiliate or paid relationship with Wild Capri on all applicable content. You may only make product claims consistent with the language used on wildcapri.com and may not make medical, therapeutic, or unsubstantiated claims about any product.
Content must reflect your honest experience and align with our brand values. Content that is misleading, offensive, discriminatory, or inconsistent with our brand may result in removal from the program.
7. Tier Requirements and Advancement
Creator partners must maintain a minimum of $150 in referred sales per quarter and meet the monthly posting requirement to remain active.
Advancement to Ambassador: Creator partners who generate $1,000 or more in referred sales within any rolling 90-day window, while meeting the posting requirement, become eligible for advancement. Advancement is confirmed by us.
Ambassador partners must maintain a minimum of $500 in referred sales per quarter and meet the monthly posting requirement to remain active.
Seasonal collection box: Active Ambassador partners who generate $1,500 or more in referred sales in a given quarter qualify to receive a seasonal full-collection box (approximate value $500).
Collaboration eligibility: Ambassador partners who generate $5,000 or more in referred sales within any 6-month window may be considered for co-branded collaboration launches. Collaboration terms & arrangements, are separate and determined by us.
8. Additional Incentives
We may periodically offer additional incentives to active partners, including commission increases, bonus payouts for sales milestones, elevated audience discount codes, or exclusive perks for top performers. These are announced directly to eligible partners, are offered at our discretion, and are not a guaranteed part of the standard program.
9. Inactivity, Dormant Status, and Deactivation
A partner who goes a full quarter with no qualifying posts and no referred sales will be moved to Dormant status. Dormant partners keep their affiliate link and tier on record but do not qualify for product boxes or seasonal sends during dormancy.
To reactivate from Dormant status, you must post three (3) or more tagged pieces of content within a single month and notify us.
An Ambassador who fails to meet the quarterly sales minimum for two consecutive quarters may be moved back to the Creator tier. A partner who remains Dormant for three (3) consecutive quarters, or who violates these terms, may be fully deactivated.
10. Marketing Tools
We may share promotional media such as banners, logos, or collection graphics through the Marketing Tool tab. You may download the media or use the HTML embed code to share on your channels. These assets remain our property and may only be used to promote Wild Capri during active participation in the program.
11. Cookie Tracking
We use a cookie to track people who click your link, so they need to have cookies enabled for us to track them. If a person does not allow cookies or clears their cookies, we cannot track them and cannot pay earnings on that person's activity.
The cookie duration is stated on the partner registration form. Tracking begins from the time a customer clicks your affiliate link or uses your code. Within the cookie window, every order that customer makes at wildcapri.com will automatically result in commission to you, with no need for the customer to click your link again.
12. Brand and Intellectual Property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Wild Capri name, logo, and provided brand assets solely to promote Wild Capri products during active participation in the program. You may not alter our trademarks or use them in any way that implies ownership, partnership beyond this program, or endorsement beyond the partner relationship. This license ends upon termination.
13. Relationship of the Parties
Partners are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of Wild Capri. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship. You have no authority to make commitments on behalf of Wild Capri.
14. Removal from the Program
If you wish to be removed from the partner program, you may do so by contacting hello@wildcapri.com. We may also end this relationship at any time, with or without cause, including for inactivity, failure to meet requirements, conduct inconsistent with our brand values, or violation of these terms. Upon removal, you must stop using all Wild Capri affiliate links and discount codes and remove them from your content.
15. Agreement
By participating in the Wild Capri Partner Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
